2024 S-12 (current) Compare to: - No Earlier Versions - 9-2: KANE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE COUNTYWIDE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND EFFECTIVE DATE ORDINANCE:A. The plan was recommended by the Kane County Stormwater Management Committee (committee) and adopted by the County Board, after review by the appropriate agencies and a public hearing, by ordinance 98-251 on October 13, 1998. The plan is available for public inspection in the Office of the Kane County Clerk;
B. The Kane County Stormwater Management Ordinance was originally adopted by the County Board by the passage of Ordinance no. 00-312 on November 14, 2000;
C. The Kane County Stormwater Management Technical Manual was originally adopted by the County Board by the passage of Ordinance no. 01-149 on May 8, 2001; and
D. The Kane County Stormwater Management Ordinance and Technical Manual were revised, and those revisions were adopted by the County Board by the passage of Ordinance no. 01-338 on October 9, 2001. Ordinance no. 01-338 became effective on January 1, 2002. (Ord. 19-151, 5-7-2019, eff. 6-1-2019)
